Honda has used data from many different sources to help with its preparations for the European Grand Prix. The first ever race meeting at Valencia took place during the last weekend of July, from which the team's engineers have obtained the telemetry from a Formula 3 car and compared it to F3 data at the Circuit de Catalunya - home of the Spanish Grand Prix - to provide a reference for the set-up of the RA108.

After a few difficult races in which Robert Kubica has struggled to match his early season form, the Polish driver is hoping to return to the fray reinvogorated after the summer break. Playing to his advantage, he feels, is his like of street circuits with this weekend's Grand Prix at Valencia.

Nick Heidfeld is looking forward to travel to Spain for the next round on the Formula One calendar. F1 will be racing through the streets of Valencia for the first time and Heidfeld expects a challenging new track.

The streets of Rotterdam in the Netherlands will ring to the sound of Formula 1 this weekend when Jarno Trulli demonstrates a TF107 for Toyota at the Bavaria City Racing event on Sunday.
