Lewis Hamilton continued his strong performance from the last two races in Hungary as the McLaren driver will start Sunday's Grand Prix from pole position. He will be joined on the front row by his team mate Heikki Kovalainen. Felipe Massa and Robert Kubica will line up behind them in third and fourth.

In the third and final free practice session at the Hungaroring Lewis Hamilton completed the fastest lap of the weekend. The McLaren driver completed his fastest lap in 1.20.228 and was just ahead of Ferrari's Felipe Massa and Toyota's Timo Glock.
