The upright on the right front wheel was new, had no mileage on it, and had a manufacturing fault. Under braking it failed, which immediately overloaded the front left suspension, causing that to fail too. At full speed, the footage appears to show the wheels flying off the car simultaneously, but there is in fact a minute gap.
