Formula One's governing body warns Spanish circuits after Lewis Hamilton is racially abused in testing at Barcelona.

Following the launch of the new RA108 at the Honda team's Brackley headquarters earlier this week, the team embarked on a three-day test programme at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona. Chassis RA108-01 was the focus of an initial shakedown in Valencia last week in a pre-launch specification, but this week marked the first intensive test programme with the first two chassis, for which race drivers Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button were joined by test and reserve driver Alex Wurz.

Mark Webber ended the final day of the Barcelona test with the best time after the most impressive day for Red Bull's 2008 car so far.

The final day of this week's test saw Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen continue the programme of Bridgestone tyre evaluation and reliability confirmation and aerodynamic and set up development work. The team also focused on longer runs with the MP4-23 package, with fewer red flag stoppages at the Spanish circuit. 

Red Bull driver sets encouraging fast pace for team's new car.

David Coulthard and Mark Webber were both driving RB4s today, for the final day of the Red Bull team's three day test. Both cars ran similar programmes, as the team focused on testing some new aerodynamic and mechanical items. 

Mark Webber set the pace on the final day of testing this week at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona. At the wheel of the 2008 Red Bull it was the first sign of some impressive pace from the RB4.

According to Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone F1 could pull out of Australia after having raced 'Down Under' for the past 25 years. Ecclestone has said Australia is not paying enough and he prefers to host the Australian Grand Prix at night.
